ONLINE CUSTOM TRAINING
Our Online Custom Training is a combination of Basketball Skill Development, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ). We custom design workouts to meet the unique needs and schedules of each of our athletes. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes and can be completed anytime, anywhere.
The Benefit:
One-on-one training is one of the most effective training formats. However, too many sessions per week makes it difficult for athletes to retain the drills and little time to master the skills on their own. Our Online Training Athletes receive one workout per week, posted Sunday nights, with unlimited views to master the skills of each custom-designed session.

02Head Trainer, Ashley Henderson will contact you within 24 hours to discuss goals and challenges. We'll also share your username and password to access your workouts.

03Coach Ashley custom designs your workouts based on your needs, whether they involve shooting form, scoring off the dribble, increasing strength, quickness and more.

04When your workout is ready, simply login with your username and password, select your workout, and view instructional videos to learn, practice, and replay to master each drill
