30 Minute, Morning & Evening Virtual and In-Person Classes
VirtualJoin us for virtual classes via Zoom! All you need is wifi connection and a great attitude, Head Trainer Ashley Henderson will take care of the rest! Weights are recommended but not required. A foam roller is highly recommended for Mobility Classes.

In-Person OutdoorsClasses are located in Viridian DFW. You may bring your own exercise mat. However, one will be provided along with all equipment needed. Just bring something to stay hydrated!
