Group Training

30 Minute, Morning & Evening Virtual and In-Person Classes

Virtual

Join us for virtual classes via Zoom! All you need is internet connection and a great attitude, Head Trainer Ashley Henderson will take care of the rest! Weights are recommended but not required. A foam roller is highly recommended for Mobility Classes.

In-Person Outdoors

Classes are located in Viridian DFW.  You may bring your own exercise mat. However, one will be provided along with all equipment needed. Just bring something to stay hydrated!

Functional Strength & Fitness Workout
1 hour

Focus: Strength, power, endurance, balance, coordination, and mobility

Equipment used: Kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, medicine balls, battle rope, tire, sled, TRX, and more.

Benefits:
