Group Training

30 Minute, Morning & Evening Virtual and In-Person Classes

Virtual

Join us for virtual classes via Zoom! All you need is wifi connection and a great attitude, Head Trainer Ashley Henderson will take care of the rest! Weights are recommended but not required. A foam roller is highly recommended for Mobility Classes.

In-Person Outdoors

Classes are located in Viridian DFW.  You may bring your own exercise mat. However, one will be provided along with all equipment needed. Just bring something to stay hydrated!

All classes are an efficient 30 minutes!
Tuesdays
Strength Class
7am CST / 8am EST
6:30pm CST / 7:30pm EST

Wednesdays
Mobility Class
7am CST / 8am EST

6:30pm CST / 7:30pm EST

Thursdays
HIIT (High Intensity Interal Training)

7am CST / 8am EST
6:30pm CST / 7:30pm EST
